On occasion, the image captured of your important documents (ie. passport, ID, vaccination cards, etc.) may need updating either because the information on the document needs to be updated or the image quality might not be to your liking.
To update your image follow the steps below:
-
Once logged into the Atlys app, tap on the My Documents icon in the bottom navigation bar.
-
Under the My Documents view, you should see all the documents you have captured for yourself as well as any other co-travelers you might have in your account.
-
To update your document image, simply tap on the document you wish to update the image for to bring up the current document image you have saved in your account.
-
You should now see a new “Update Image” button at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap on that button to take you to the “Update Document Image” screen.
- Once you take or choose a photo that you want to upload, it should appear in the view. Once you’re done, simply tap the “Use Photo” button if you want to use the new image or “Try Again” to use another photo.
- To confirm your document image has been successfully updated, tap “Back to My Documents” on the success screen, and tap back into the document you just updated and you should see the new image.
