Applicants can apply up to 6 months prior to their date of travel. It is recommended that you apply a minimum of 12 weeks prior to your date of travel to accommodate any unforeseen processing delays. Your date of travel doesn't have to be precise; for example, you can apply in January if you plan to move around June/July.
