If you can't access or view your visa, follow these steps:
- Ensure that the email you got clearly indicates that your visa is approved and ready on Atlys.
- Force-close Atlys. To learn how to force close, view the video below or check this guide.
- Re-open the Atlys app and tap on Visa Visa.
- Open Atlys
- Go to My Documents (3rd tab at the bottom of your profile)
- Go to the My Visas section
- Tap on your visa.
