My visa is approved but I can't access it?

If you can't access or view your visa, follow these steps:

Option 1

1. Ensure that the email you got clearly indicates that your visa is approved and ready on Atlys.
2. Force-close Atlys. To learn how to force close, view the video below or check this guide. 
3. Re-open the Atlys app and tap on Visa Visa. 

Option 2

1. Open Atlys
2. Go to My Documents (3rd tab at the bottom of your profile)
3. Go to the My Visas section
4. Tap on your visa.
